He was predeceased by : his siblings, Timothy Wayne Hosack, Richard Lee James and Kathey Caroll; and his grandmother Madonna Sue LeMaster Hawkins. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Kay James (Raymond) of Russell Springs; his fiancé Kim Graham of Nancy; his brother William Curtis LeMaster (Lynn) of Madisonville; his stepchildren, Jacob Graham of Science Hill, Caleb Graham of Science Hill, Phillip Muhler of Russell Springs, Megan Brockman of Russell Springs and Alisha Pace of Columbia; his siblings-in-law, Del Caroll of Wilmington, Ohio, Gretchen James of Wilmington and Ramona Hosack of Russell Springs; his stepsiblings, James Reed of Florida and Sue Huseman of Florence; and his close friends, Tommy, Anthony, Beth and Susie. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of "in-laws".
