She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza "Buck" Polston and Mary Bell McGown Polston; her husband R. V. Perkins; and her sons, Kevin Perkins and Kenny Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lanna Gay Draughn (Hiram) of Nancy and Janna Kay Gaines (Marty) of Nancy; her daughter-in-law Lana Perkins of Somerset; her grandchildren, Kyle Perkins (Tara), Jamie Burke (Jeremy), Kendra Whittle (Brian "Bruno" Carroll), Dustin Whittle (Brittany), Tarah Gaines (James) and Katie Arlene Perkins; her great grandchildren, Joel Haynes, Harper Haynes, Hannah Burke, Bryson Carroll and Lucy Marie Perkins; and her brother Kendall Polston. She is also survived by extended family members, church family, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
