She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Mullins and Madgelene Thompson Mullins; her father-in-law William Adkins (Norma); her brother-in-law Eddie Tolson; and her daughter-in-law Courtney Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Adkins; her children, Donna Reed of Somerset, Potter Reed (Valerie) of Chattanooga, TN, T. J. Reed (Desirae) of Louisiana, Chris Adkins of Nancy and Jason Adkins (Britni) of Eubank; her sister Sandy Tolson of Lexington; and her nephews, Curt and Rodney Gumm. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
