It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Curtis Waits of Nancy, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Barnett Waits and Ethel Waits; and his siblings, Lucille Jacobs, Martha Ethington, Jane Waits, Marjorie Waits, Tommy Waits, Mabel Carter, Peggy Flora and Barnett Waits, Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Karen Jones (Terry) and Kevin Waits (Carol Collins) of Versailles; his grandchildren, Justin Jones (Ashlee Callahan), Andrea Oller, Richmond, Amanda Waits and Matthew Waits (Katlynn); and his great grandchildren, Audrey Jones, Mason Oller, Annelise Oller, Poppy Jane Waits and Beckham Waits.
