It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ted Ray Stringer of Nancy, Kentucky, who passed away on June 10, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stringer and Nina Trimble Stringer; his granddaughter Amy Stringer; and his siblings, Cecil Stringer and Ruth Cain.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Stringer of Nancy, Jamie Stringer (Nancy) of Little Rock, AR and Tad Stringer of Nancy; his grandchildren, Tasha Stringer Walker, Andrea Stringer and Jamison Stringer; his great grandchildren, Brayden Shook and Grayson Shook; his brother Amos Stringer of Nancy; and his uncle Claude Trimble (Mable) of Nancy. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mill Springs National Cemetery (9044 KY-80, Nancy, KY 42544).
