He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Michael (Jill), David (Stacey) and Kyran Hoff (Phillip); his grandchildren, Brittany Allen (Luke), Lexi, Ian, Amelia and Sophie; and his great grandchildren, Caroline and Sadie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor or TKO Parkinson's, 2828 Klondike Lane, Louisville, KY 40218.
