He is survived by: his wife Trish Kelley of Nebo, KY; his children, Megan Trader (Dustin) of Providence, KY, Micah Kelley (Alisha) of Nebo, KY and Korbin Carter (Halie) of Providence, KY; his brothers, David Kelley (Cheryl) of Evansville, IN and Jerry Kelley of Nebo, KY; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Trader, Scout Trader, Caleb Kelley, Max Kelley and Amelia Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
