She is survived by: her children, Scott Lantrip (Jessica Hughes) of Leitchfield, KY, Vicky Lantrip (Sue Buntin) of Bowling Green, KY, Treasa Starr (Steve) of Madisonville and Tammy Skeen (Clint) of Madisonville; her brothers, Paul Osborn of Bowling Green, KY and Bobby Osborn of Nebo, KY; her grandchildren, Derrick Epley (Tori), Jessica Neal (Josh), Dakota Skeen (Emiley) and Alexis Skeen; her great grandchildren, Addison Skeen, Sloane Skeen, Sila Neal, Oaks Neal, Liam Epley, Graham Epley, Renn Abercrombie and River Abercrombie; her niece Amanda Sexton; and her close friend Carolyn Garrett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
