He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelma Mae Smith Kelley and William Carriel Kelley of Nebo; his son Louie Kelley; and his brothers, Carriel Wayne Kelley and Donnie Kelley.
He is survived by : his daughter Lisa Kelley Cannon (Kurby) of Madisonville, KY; his granddaughter Cierra Turner (Austin) of Madisonville; his great grandchildren, William Turner and Elyssia Turner; and his brothers, James Kelley (Lois), David Kelley (Cheryl), Jerry Kelley and Eddie Kelley (Trisha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Louis' memory to the American Diabetes Association.
