He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliza Collins and Hamp Collins; and his siblings, Hiram Campbell, Richard Collins (Dick), David Collins, Susie Collins, Doris Faye Spencer (Dot) and Jimmie Jean Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Collins; his daughters, Barbara Henson (Dan) of Jackson and Bethany Smith (Greg) of Bowling Green, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Bridgette Collins (Brian Maggard), Sarah Watts, Rebecca Eiserman (Zach), Carter Smith and Miley Smith; his great grandchildren, Axl Johnson, Jensen Johnson and Saylor Johnson; and his brothers, Nathaniel Collins, Charles Dean Collins, James Collins and Willie Ray Collins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
