He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Little Noble; his daughter Whitney Noble; his grandson Easton Dean Noble (Jacob Harris); his siblings, James Combs and Darlene Smith Noble; and his daughters, Violet Combs, Ruthie Haddix and Denika Jones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
