She is survived by: her husband Howard Tibbs; her sons, Donnie Ray Quillen (Tina) of Middletown, Billy Joe Quillen (Andrea) of Neon, Josh Tibbs (Michelle) of South Carolina and Abraham Tibbs (Angel) of Hamilton, Ohio; her siblings, George Tilley (Katrina), Sam Tilley (Deeda), Eddie Tillie (Karen), Judy Miller and Frances Champion (Noah); her granddaughter Savannah McGraw (Matt); her great grandchild Eli Rittenhouse; and her nieces, Flo Stamper, Josephine Adams and Ernestine Tilley.
