He is survived by: his wife Carol Vanover Lewis; his children, Bryan Reese Lewis (Aliyah) of Weber City, William Jody Lewis (Chelsea) of Johnson City, Tennessee and Sharie Bailey (Randy) of Whitesburg; his brother Thomas "Tick" Lewis Jr. of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Ariana, Aaron and Natalie; and his siblings-in-law, Kermit Vanover, Bobbie Stewart (late Paul), Sharon Slone (late James) and Rhonda (Roy).
