She is survived by: her husband Charles Hawkins; her sons, Jeff Hawkins (Cheryl) of Neon, Gregg Hawkins (Patty) of Mayking and Richard Hawkins of Neon; her brother Harold Cantrell of Liberty; her grandchildren, Cody, Emily Patrick and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Cade, River, Boone, Baal, Bo and Ellis.
