He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Ruth (Hall) and Chester Arthur Stivers, Sr.; his brothers, Tommy and Michael Stivers; and his nephew Jeff Stivers.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stivers (Neal) of New Castle; his daughters, Shanna Dave (Kamlesh) of New Castle and Danielle McKee (Mike) of Pleasureville; his grandchildren, Micah McKee Stigers (TJ), Mathew McKee and Kai Dave; his great grandchildren, Katie and Sydney Oesterritter; and his sister Charlotte McAlister.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Henry/Trimble Animal Shelter.
