She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Payton and Gladys Payton (Chilton). She is survived by : her husband Cecil Radcliffe; her son Eddie Radcliffe; her siblings, Clarence Payton and Dorothy Jean Kays; her caregiver Aide; her daughter Judy Woodrum (David) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Brooke Viehmann (Daniel) of LaGrange and Chris Radcliffe (Natalie) of Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Emerson, Declyn, Dylan and Deacon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Louisville.
