He is survived by: his wife Peggy Christianson (Hoffman) of New Castle, KY; his former wife Mami Ozaki Crook; his children, Adriana Sewell of Arlington, WA, Joseph Ozaki (Chiemi) of Japan and Sayo Crook (Ilnam Dickson) of Japan; his stepchildren, Jessica Shafer (Barry) of Middletown, Vanessa Hutchison of Springfield, MO and Justin Vargas (Alexis) of Wesley Chapel, FL; his grandchildren, Lloyd, Arden, Mabel, Wyatt Sewell, Leon Ozaki and Nami Dickson; his stepgrandchildren, Reade, Rachel Shafer, Savanna, Colton, Wyatt Hutchison, Harper, Gus Bilyeu, Eli, Joy and Gia Vargas; his sister-in-law Debbie Brower Crook Scott; and his nieces, Gina Eves (Chris), Jennifer Crook Yonkich (Doug), Ashley Singleton (Mike) and Angelica Crook.
