He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie B. Garrett and Gladys Garrett (Brooks); and his siblings, Betty Lou Garrett, James Lloyd and William Bill Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Garrett (Clements) of New Castle; and his daughters, Gina Black (Greg) of New Castle and Sandra McGhee (Tony) of New Castle.
