He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Carpenter (Wallace) of New Castle; his children, Melissa Wigglesworth (Barry) of Sarasota, FL, Casey Lamar O'Connell (David) of Crestwood and Raymond Prueitt of Cincinnati, OH.; his brothers, Donald Carpenter (Joyce) of LaGrange and Robert Carpenter (Wanda) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Heavyn O'Connell, Nathan Prueitt and Mylah O'Connell.
