He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah G. Dutton Arnold; his stepfather Charlie Ed Arnold; and his grandparents, Mini and George Dutton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Mitchell of New Castle; his son Mark Edwin Mitchell of Lexington; and his cousin Mary Alice Raymer of New Castle. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
