She is survived by: her children, Tina J. Krempasky of Columbus, OH, Stephanie L. List (Mark) of Circleville, OH, Jamie L. Dekle of Lake Butler, FL, Roy "Tres" D. Lyons, III (Tina) of Campbellsburg and Ray Lyons (Kelly) of Quebeck, TN.; her sister Joyce D. Kolenich (Andy) of Auburn, IL.; her grandchildren, John Thomas Dekle, Jewel Dekle, Jessa Dekle, Luke Lyons, Bodey Lyons, Kace Lyons, Cort Lyons and Ava List; and her former husbands, Steve Krempasky and Roy D. Lyons, Jr..
