She was predeceased by : her parents, Martha Edith (Jones) and Tandy Lee McDole; her former life partner William "Bill" Mertz; her husband Ervin "Hank" Clark; her daughter Judy Mertz; and her sisters, Frances Lawson and Louise Woods.
She is survived by : her children, Brenda Doane (Dwayne) of New Castle, Teresa Diane Robinson (Clinton) of Shelbyville, John Michael Mertz of Pleasureville, Steve Mertz (Peggy) of Eminence and Terry "Chalk" Mertz of New Castle. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren 9 Great-Grandchildren.
