He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Norris Simpkins of Ozark; his children, Shelby Jackson (Justin) of Malvern, Steven Joshua Simpkins (Alaina) of Benton and Trent Simpkins of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Isabella and Aspyn Jo Jackson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
