He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Douglas and Helen Douglas; his siblings, Ann Douglas, Terry Nicholson and Ricky Douglas; and his father-in-law William Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Miles Douglas of New Haven; his sons, Ricky Douglas of New Haven and David Douglas (Kristy) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Destiny, Skyler, Brantley, Dalton and Raelyn; his siblings, Ronnie Douglas of Elizabethtown, Mark Douglas (Joan) of New Haven, Perry Douglas of New Haven, Tommy Douglas (Rose Ann) of New Haven, Kay Mattingly (Billy) of Bardstown and Lisa Lands (Tony) of New Haven; and his mother-in-law Donna Miles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
