He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Culver and Sudie Culver; and his siblings, Chester Culver Jr. "Junior", Charles Culver, Rose Marie Thornsberry, Francis "Frank" Culver, Howard "Howie" Culver and Agnes Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bernadette Culver; his sons, Jimmy (Paula) and Burt Culver (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Trey, Zachary, Alyssa, Braylin, Jamie, Dezni, Christopher, Nicholas, Amber and Ashley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
