She was predeceased by: her parents, Hascal Coulter and Ethel Coulter (Groce); and her husband Otis McCombs. She is survived by: her children, Connie Stalcup (Gary), Deborah Leuthart (Pat) and Todd McCombs (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Cory Stalcup (Tana), Josh Leuthart, Roxanna Edwards (Lance), Leah Royse (Jason), Brandi Leuthart and Piper McCombs; and her great grandchildren, Jared Leuthart, Sydney Stalcup, Garret Royse, Zachary Royse, Tyler Leuthart, Jaxten Edwards and Laken Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
