She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Vittitow and Katherine Rogers Vittitow; her former husband Elmer Miles; and her siblings, Dean Dones, Phyllis Vittitow (Infant) and Roger Herman Vittitow.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Miles of New Haven, Kentucky; her children, Pam Thurman (Russ) of Bardstown, Missy Newton (Bill) of New Haven, Kentucky, Ricky Miles (Kathy) of New Haven, Dougie Miles (Barbara) of New Haven and Jeff Miles (Jenny) of New Haven; her siblings, Donna Miles and Pat Cundiff; and her caregiver Rachel Wooldridge. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
