He is survived by: his sisters, Michelle Lee and Jennifer Castleman; his grandmother Ursula Deutsch; his aunts and uncles, Shirley Bittinger, Cathy Campbell, Judy Skaggs, Walter Deutsch, Wayne Deutsch and Shelby Deutsch; his siblings' children, Michelle, Jasmine, Joshua, Jacob and Joseph; and his cousin Kim Sulzer. He is also survived by extended family, many cousins & loving friends.
