She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Perryman (Kyle) of Springfield and Chelsea Ward (Travis) of New Haven; her siblings, Leslie Chapman (Brad) of Bardstown, Janet Donhue (Danny) of New Haven, Donna Johnson of New Haven, Dana Walden (Jackie) of New Haven, Ronny Johnson (Jennifer) of Bardstown, Anthony Johnson (Wendy) of New Haven and Scotty Johnson (Taylor) of New Haven; and her grandchildren, Kaiden Perryman, Braxson Perryman of Kenleigh Perryman, J. J, Marlee Barnes, Blakeley Barnes, Briley Barnes, Hunter Hall and Dylan Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the American Lung Cancer Association.
