He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabian Mattingly and JoAnn Mattingly; and his brother Billy Mattingly. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Downs (Jaime) of Bardstown, Allen Mattingly of New Hope, Jessica Lee (Darren) of Bardstown and Kyle Mattingly (Morgan) of New Hope; his grandchildren, Kenley Downs, Holley Dewitt, Keith Elder, Annabelle Spalding, Caleb Spalding, Macie Mattingly, Karlie Mattingly, Colton Lee and Zoe Lee; and his siblings, Ernie Mattingly of Troy, Greg Mattingly of Loretto, Cheryl Baker and Debbie Auberry (Keith) of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingly Funeral Home (195 Holy Cross Rd, Loretto, KY 40037). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
