He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Kelly and Lou Ella Davis Tuggle; his wife Peggy Gabbard Tuggle; his children, John Tuggle (Heather) and Jennifer Wright (Glenn); his grandchildren, Gabi Stewart, Charlie Wright and Sadie Tuggle; and his brother Wayne Kelly Tuggle.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald & New Funeral Home (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
