She is survived by: her parents, Anita Elkins and Jay Brock (Donald Lee Sams II); her sons, Donald Lee Sams III and Daxton Lee Sams; her siblings, Shawn Elkins (Gigi), Laura Hunley (Rich) and Rebecka Cavana (Donnie); her mother-in-law Teresa M. Ewing; her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Gossett (Rodney), Olivia Sams and Laura Sams; and her stepsisters, Jamie Durban and Amanda Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
