With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur Neal of Newport, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Neal and Elizabeth Neal; his son Dennis Hampton; his grandson James Hampton; his sister Carol Neal; and his parents-in-law, Shirley Oster and Frank Tritschler.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Neal; his daughters, Theresa Brockert (Paul), Sheila Gulley (Whit) and April Hampton; his daughter-in-law Annette Hampton; his grandchildren, Michael Brockert, Robbie Brockert and Naomi Hampton; and his siblings, Kenneth Neal Jr., Dick Neal, Steve Neal, Tom Neal, Jack Neal and Mary Stephens.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Art's honor to St. Jude, VA Hospital of Cincinnati, Wounded Warriors, the Cincinnati Zoo or a charity of your choice.
