He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Sebastian and Lavonda Sebastian (Baker); and his brother Jerry Sebastian. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne; his children, Hannah Sebastian (Jaydon), Bobby Sebastian III (Kelsie) and Connor Sebastian; his siblings, Mike Sebastian (Layla), Joey Sebastian and Lisa (Mike Schlueter); his sister-in-law Renee; and his grandchildren, Rhiannon, Bobby IV and Harlowe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
