He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Otto Moose and Elsie Moose; his wife Mary Jane Moose (Voss); and his daughter-in-law Sandra Moose. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hogg (Timothy), Steven Moose (Sandra), Gary Moose and Jennifer Dames (Michael); his sisters, Laurie, Bonnie and Julie; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hogg (Stephanie), Jacqueline Moore (Michael), Brandilyn Medaugh (Eric), Sarah Moose, Amy Moose, Christopher Moose, Nicholas Dames, Nathan Dames and Lindsey Harper Dames (Ray); his great grandchildren, Timothy "Max" Medaugh, Andrew Medaugh, Thomas "William" Medaugh, Jaxon Medaugh, Silas Hogg, Waverly Hogg, Declan Moore, Aria Moose, Travis Moose, Madilyn Briggs and Eleanor Moose; and his friends, Scott and Norma Pillion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
