He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Susan Head (Hugh) and Shari Lother (Johnny); his grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Hughston Head, Holden Head, Alexandria Musk (Justin) and Bradley Embs; and his great grandchildren, Isabel, August, Frances and Heathcliff.
