He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard "Dick" Lackey and Betty Cooper; his children, Mark Lackey (Beth), Doug Lackey (Keri) and Jerica Lackey; and his sister Linda Miller (Leigh). He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
