She is survived by: her husband Leonard McIntosh; her children, Elaine Shields (Tony) and Rodney McIntosh (Janice); her sister Wanda Turner (Jack); her brother-in-law Alex Cole; her grandchildren, Derek Shields, Tiffany McIntosh and Sarah McIntosh; and her cousin Barbara Randall.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (10759 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Oakland Cemetery (918-892 Clay Ridge Rd, Alexandria, KY 41001).
