He is survived by: his daughters, Dacha Hicks (Brian) and Kady Phillips (Billy); the parent of his children Cyndi Deriso; his daughter Geri Madrid (Paul); his sister Marlene (Robert); and his grandchildren, Avery, Brody, Kaleb, Paul, David, Matthew and Blakely.
