He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Jr. and Mae Arrowood; and his sisters, Betty Jean Roberts and Barbara June Smith. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Mayes; his children, Shannon House and Tony Mayes (Jennifer); and his siblings, Charles Mayes, Randall Mayes, Elizabeth Amis and Myrtle Marie Bush. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
