He was predeceased by: his wife Karen L Allen. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Bonar (George) of Walton, KY and Casey Allen (Alexander Hicks) of Covington, KY; and his grandchildren, Katie, Eli, Josh, Hannah, Wallace, Rowan and Eleanor.
