He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ford and Helen; and his siblings, Cheri Lambert, Michael, Danny and Angel Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his daughter Taylor Rose Ford; his pets, Gus and Brink; and his siblings, Sheila Horn (Dan), Jack Ford, Linda Carson (Mark Harkenreader) and Jim Ford (Rebecca). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, In-laws and friends.
