She was predeceased by: her husband Charles William Eckels IV; her parents, Clarence Haggard and Mae Belle Leach Haggard; her siblings, Harold Haggard, Paul Haggard and Nancye Ruth Grigalis (Zig); and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Haggard and Ray Cavender.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tandy Haggard, Helen Joyce Manley and Dr. Dorothy Cavender; her sisters-in-law, Carol Haggard and Donna Haggard; and her stepchildren, Charles William Eckels V, Christine Ann Roberts, Charlene Ruth Janowiak, Charmaine Grace Fox and Charisse Blezinger. She is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
