He was predeceased by : his uncles, George, Kenny and Henry; and his aunt Laura "Sissy" Presley. He is survived by : his parents, Eugene Welch and Leeta Alcorn; his daughter Marilyn; his brother Ricky Welch (Lisa); his aunts and uncles, Jimmy, Larry, Tommy, Elwood, Virgil, Brenda and Rita; and his cousins, Dana, Shelley, Kim, Tiffany and Trina.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clark Legacy Center - Lexington (601 E Brannon Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
