He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mae VanHoose; his children, Dr. Mitchell Blake VanHoose (Doreen VanHoose) and Elizabeth VanHoose; his grandchildren, Emma Grace and Noah Eberhart; and his siblings, Greg VanHoose, Dr. James Douglas VanHoose (Linda), Kyra Shaft (Michael) and Steve VanHoose (Brenda).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Betts & West Funeral Home (404 N Main St, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
