It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jo Bonee (Nicholasville, Kentucky), born in Hope, Kentucky, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Courtney Lykins, Sr. and Josephine Risner Setters; her husband Joseph "Joe" Bonee; her son Robert Bonee; her stepfather Earl Setters; and her brothers, Courtney Lykins, Jr. and Roger Scott Lykins.

She is survived by : her children, Tina Setters (Jeff), Teresa Bellamy, Louise Mercer and Jeb Bonee White (Jilian); her grandchildren, Kaleb Curtis (Jessica), Dakota Bellamy (Clarence McVoy), Jordan Setters (Ross Marks), Whitney Setters (Joey Smallwood), Finnegan White, Sienna White, Aiden Mercer, Hunter Wall, Bobby Bonee, David Bonee, Faith Ann Bonee and Christian Stewart; her great grandchildren, Kambria Marks, Paisleigh Marks, Dawson Smallwood, Kaylee Curtis, Kayce Curtis, Kayson Curtis, Stetson Marks and Jensen Smallwood; her siblings, Ebby Lykins (Shirley), Jerry Lykins (Kelly) and Kathy Smith; and her sister-in-law Janet Lykins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gateway Christian Church (801 Winchester Rd, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
