He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owen Napier and Lana Giles; and his grandparents, Leander Napier, Rilda Saylor, William and Lena Giles.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Barclay "Clay" Napier (Amber) of Mt. Vernon; his sister Hope McDowell of Georgetown; his stepsiblings, Bobby Mosher of Garrard County, KY and Gracie Mosher; his niece Madison McDowell; his stepmother Gracie Napier of Nicholasville; and his stepbrother Mark Mosher. He is also survived by aunts uncles and cousins.
