It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Conley Penland (Nicholasville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Oscar P. Penland; his brother William Oscar Penland; and his nephew Billy Oscar Penland. He is survived by : his sisters, Nadine Brown and Phyllis Bowling; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Penland Miller, Vickie Hills, Teresa Campbell, Kelly Penland Doss, Jason Delph and Rex Delph; and his great-nephews, Alex Delph and Josh Delph.
