He is survived by: his wife Vernie Campbell of Nicholasville; his son James Ray Stidham of Nicholasville; his stepdaughters, Tammy Workman (Jeremy) of Nicholasville and Angela Byrd of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Christopher Byrd, Bryson Byrd, Eli Kelley, Logan Workman, Kaila Kidwell, Heather Bush and Amber Bush; and his great grandchildren, Esme Anderson, Carl Anderson, Gideon Comer, Kaydence Kidwell, Layne Rotunda, David Kelley, Addy Kelley, Ivan Kelley and Beau Deaton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hearne Funeral Home (125 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
