He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Perkins and Ronnie Perkins; his siblings, Ralph Perkins Jr. and Michelle Bowman; and his niece Clarissa Perkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Perkins (Jennifer), Martin Perkins (Georgia), John Perkins (Brandy) and Stacy Perkins-Mark.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home (207 W Oak St, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
